If you are a brand, producer or factory in Bolivia , we invite you to create a Global Store and access thousands of international buyers!

*If you are in another Latin American country, you will soon have access to create your Store.

Basic Membership: We don't require legal documentation, but please note that your wholesale customers may request it. We will conduct a basic verification of your identity, address, and manufacturing location.

For "Verified Supplier" and "Gold Supplier" Memberships: We will request advanced documentation, which may include: Tax ID (NIT), SEPREC, Business License, Health Registration, SENAVEX, Certificate of Origin, etc., as applicable. Additionally, we will conduct an on-site verification of the factory and/or warehouse conditions, depending on the membership type.

Andelix.com allows you to buy from 1 unit to your customers, but you can decide the minimum purchase quantity (MOQ) when creating each product.

For example: You could decide that some jackets are sold from 1 unit, but sandals only from 100 units.

Simply use the "Minimum Purchase Quantity" box in the section Add Product .

Andelix.com offers 2 types of shipping:

1. Smaller shipments: up to 40 Kg or $1000 USD

• Postal Mail - 15 to 30 days*
• Express Mail Service - 10 to 15 days*
• DHL Express - 3 to 6 days**

2. Larger shipments:

Direct quote with certified international logistics service (land, air and/or sea). The customer will pay for their order once the purchase and logistics quotes have been accepted.

In all cases the buyer pays the logistics costs, unless the seller stipulates otherwise in their Global Store policies.

SecureTrade® is Andelix.com's Escrow method, whereby buyers request Andelix to hold the seller's payment until they receive the product(s).

The Seller can negotiate with the Buyer the advance release of a percentage (for example, 30% advance to start production), at the expense and responsibility of both parties (only available for SecureTrade® Advanced) .

Andelix releases the final funds within 72 hours after buyer confirmation or within 7 business days from receipt of the shipment if no response is received from the buyer.

Andelix has a Class A SSL certificate for transaction protection and offers the following payment methods to buyers:

• Credit or debit card (for purchases up to $1000 USD)
• Bank transfers in local currency (depending on the region available)
• Transfer to Digital Wallet (depending on region available)
• International SWIFT Transfer
• ACH transfer in the USA
• SEPA transfer in Europe

Smaller purchases (up to 40 Kg or $1000 USD) :

1. Andelix confirms the payment and notifies the Supplier by email that they must prepare the shipment.
2. The Provider confirms the readiness in their Management Console.
3. Once the shipment and receipt are confirmed, the Supplier receives their full payment within 24 to 72 business hours using the method they have designated in their profile.

Larger Purchases:

• If the customer pays without SecureTrade®: same as Minor Purchases.

• If the customer pays with SecureTrade®:

1. Andelix confirms the payment and notifies the Supplier by email that they must prepare the production or shipment.
2. Andelix retains the percentage agreed between the Buyer and the Supplier in Escrow Accounts and pays the remainder (if applicable) to the Supplier within 24 to 72 business hours using the method designated in their profile.
3. The Supplier begins production or preparation for shipment.
4. Once the shipment is received in the destination country and confirmed by the Buyer, the Supplier receives full payment within 24 to 72 business hours.*

* If the Buyer does not confirm or respond within 7 days of receiving the shipment in the destination country, Andelix automatically releases the final amount to the Supplier, without prejudice to Andelix or the Supplier.

There are 3 main methods:

• ACH or SEPA: for suppliers who have bank accounts in the US or Europe.
• Crypto: in USDT to digital wallets, Binance or Bybit.
• Local Bank: in local currency to the bank designated in the Seller Profile.*

*Bolivia, Argentina, Venezuela: payment is made at the USDT/ exchange rate in effect at the time of purchase, regardless of what this exchange rate is at the time of settlement to the Supplier.
